Step 3: Interview At this stage, Walter (Head of Mid-Market Sales) will conduct a 30-minute interview with you. This interview will further assess your core SDR skills and experience, including lead generation and qualification. Additionally, it will delve into your knowledge of the automotive industry.

Step 4: Skills Assessment Test & Review You will receive a skills assessment test via email. This test will assess your ability to create an ideal customer profile, identify potential leads, draft cold emails, and prepare qualifying questions for prospects. Matt W and Walter will review the assessment and decide whether to progress you to the next stage or reject your application.

Step 5: Loop Interview At the final stage of the interview process, you'll have the opportunity to meet with a few other potential future team members with whom you would work most closely. 1. Matt Wilkin (Marketing & Partnerships Director)
  2. Tony (Co-founder & Chief Strategy Officer)
  3. Levi (Co-founder & CEO)

In each of these conversations, we’ll generally be assessing your alignment with Partly’s core values, your compatibility with the team and how you can contribute to and impact our mission.

Step 6: Offer If you are successful in the process, you will receive an offer for the Software Engineer position. This stage will be managed by Harry (SVP Operations & People) or Eileen (Operations Manager), who will work with you to finalise your contract and can answer any additional questions you may have.
